On the 11th November 2016, On The Tools hosted their very own construction awards!
It was a unique event and one of a kind as we had you, the tradespeople of the UK, vote for the winners. Held at the Emirates Stadium, 170 people came out for the night to celebrate the industry. It was hosted by comedian Justin Moorehouse and the event was full of laughter, celebration and quite a bit of booze. But the night was very much a success, awarding individuals from all trades and a variety of different brands. We were able to celebrate and reward some of the very best in the industry.
The commercial director for On The Tools, Andy Taylor stated, “it was a massive honour for us to host our own awards.”
“It gave us the opportunity to salute the great and good of the UK construction industry and present awards that had genuine meaning as in many cases, they had been voted for by those whose opinions mean the most, but are often overlooked. The ‘boots on the ground.'”
With our headline sponsors Jewson supporting us, we were able to create a night of meaning and great credibility within the industry. And next year, we have an even bigger and better night planned for 2017! You won’t want to miss it!
